They reached out to us, and after an initial conversation with them, our HR executive set out a clear objective - to create brand awareness by communicating the company values, culture, employee benefits, and perks externally.
After a thorough and systematic analysis of the raw data (company values, employee feedback, number of offices, benefits, et al), we devised a step-by-step strategy for the endeavor.
The result of this endeavor was an improved employer brand, one that could now boast a higher employee retention rate. 96% of all candidates who were approached for interviews said they had seen the employer branding campaign online. This online representation of the company’s work culture and core values led some candidates to choose it over competitors.
